随着全球老龄化趋势加剧,寻找有效的方法来促进老年人的身体活动成为公共卫生的重要议题,本研究旨在探讨虚拟现实(VR)技术作为创新工具,在增强老年人主动运动参与度及改善其身体健康方面的潜力与应用进展。通过系统综述近年来的相关文献,本研究评估了不同类型的VR运动模式对老年群体的影响。根据现有文献得知VR技术不仅能够提供安全、可控且个性化的运动环境,还能显著提高老年人的运动兴趣和持续性。VR体验中融入的认知挑战和社会互动元素对于延缓认知衰退、提升心理健康具有积极作用。此外,针对特定健康问题如康复治疗的应用也展示了良好的前景。然而,当前的研究还存在样本量有限、长期效果不明显等问题。VR技术为老年人提供了新颖而有效的运动选择,有助于克服传统锻炼方式中的诸多障碍。未来的研究需要进一步探索最优化的VR运动方案,并解决成本效益和技术普及等实际问题,以期更广泛地推广这一有益的老年健康管理策略。With the intensification of the global aging trend, finding effective ways to promote physical activity among the elderly has become an important public health issue, and this study aims to explore the potential and application progress of virtual reality (VR) technology as an innovative tool to enhance the active exercise participation of the elderly and improve their physical health. Through a systematic review of the relevant literature in recent years, this study evaluated the impact of different types of VR motion patterns on the elderly population. According to the existing literature, VR technology can not only provide a safe, controllable and personalized sports environment, but also significantly improve the interest and sustainability of the elderly. 随着全球人口老龄化加剧,心血管疾病成为重大公共卫生问题。重症心血管疾病如急性心肌梗死、心力衰竭等,具有高发病率、高致残率和高死亡率特点,患者常伴焦虑、抑郁、恐惧等负性情绪,影响康复和预后,患者仍然面临着严重的生理和心理挑战。本文通过回顾国内外相关文献,梳理重症心血管疾病患者负性情绪的研究现状,分析成因与影响因素,并总结有效干预策略,为临床护理实践提供理论依据和实践指导。With the aging of the global population, cardiovascular disease has become a major public health problem. Severe cardiovascular diseases such as acute myocardial infarction and heart failure are characterized by high morbidity, high disability and high mortality. Patients are often accompanied by negative emotions such as anxiety, depression and fear, which affect rehabilitation and prognosis. Patients still face serious physiological and psychological challenges. This article reviews the relevant literature at home and abroad, sorts out the research status of negative emotions in patients with severe cardiovascular disease, analyzes the causes and influencing factors, and summarizes effective intervention strategies to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for clinical nursing practice.
