高校图书馆的数字阅读推广与信息素养教育存在密切交织的关系,都旨在提升用户的信息获取、处理、分析和应用能力,以适应数字化和信息化的社会需求。人工智能成为推动图书馆服务创新和转型升级的重要力量,数字阅读推广的智能化转型与信息素养教育的外延式拓展碰撞融合,基于融合发展理念,剖析探索数字阅读推广和信息素养教育融合发展的可行性路径,为新形势下高校图书馆信息服务职能和教育职能拓展提供新视角和新思路。The promotion of digital reading and information literacy education in university libraries is closely intertwined, aiming to enhance users’ abilities to access, process, analyze, and apply information to meet the demands of a digital and information society. Artificial intelligence has become an important force in driving the innovation and transformation of library services. The intelligent transformation of digital reading promotion and the extended development of information literacy education collide and merge. Based on the concept of integrated development, this paper analyzes and explores the feasibility of the integrated development of digital reading promotion and information literacy education. It provides new perspectives and ideas for the expansion of the information service and educational functions of university libraries under new circumstances.
新质生产力对新型劳动者的能力素质提出更高要求,高校毕业生是高素质复合型新型劳动者的重要输送来源。立足就业导向,通过深入挖掘战略性新兴产业和未来产业需求,基于素质模型理论,采用主题分析法,构建新型劳动者的理想录用素质模型,为人才培养模式及实践提供明晰的效标参照。根据模型要素与信息素养多维度的关联契合关系,从思维驱动、知识结构、行动技能、内在特质等方面,为新质生产力背景下新型劳动者的综合能力提升提供实践参考。The New Quality Productive Forces (NQPF) have set higher standards for the capabilities and qualities of new-type workers, with college graduates emerging as a significant source of high-quality, multidisciplinary new-type workers. This study grounded in an employment-oriented approach, delves into the demands of strategic emerging industries and future industries. Utilizing the Quality Model Theory and employing thematic analysis, an ideal employment quality model for new-type workers is established, offering a clear benchmark for talent cultivation models and practices. The model's elements are closely aligned with the multifaceted aspects of information literacy, providing practical references for the comprehensive capability enhancement of new-type workers in the context of NQPF. This includes nurturing thinking dynamics, constructing knowledge systems, developing action skills, and shaping personal traits. The study aims to equip new-type workers with the necessary competencies to thrive in the era of NQPF, thereby contributing significantly to the advancement of society and the economy.
