文章利用CiteSpace软件对中国知网数据库、Web of Science核心合集数据库收录的机构知识库相关核心文献进行梳理,分析国内外高校机构知识库建设的发文量分布、高被引论文、研究热点、研究主题及发展趋势,进而为机构知识库的建设提供参考性依据,积极推动机构知识库的持续发展。This article uses CiteSpace software to sort out the core literature related to institutional repository included in CNKI database and Web of Science core collection database, and analyzes the distribution of papers, highly cited papers, research hotspots, research topics and development trends of institutional repository construction in universities at home and abroad, so as to provide reference basis for the construction of institutional repository and actively promote the sustainable development of institutional repository.
Deep Seek以其强大的自然语言理解和复杂任务处理能力,以及算力需求低、可本地化部署等优势,为高校图书馆信息服务发展带来新契机。文章结合中国海洋大学图书馆的利用实践,重点探讨Deep Seek在参考咨询、信息检索教学、科技查新、阅读推广服务中的赋能作用。同时指出融合过程中存在的本地化配置经费投入高、私有数据投喂整合难、二次研发技术保障不足、模型推广使用培训挑战大等问题。
从立法、司法及学界的视角来看,高校图书馆应用AIGC提供服务时存在生成内容可版权性不明确的问题。高校图书馆在应用AIGC时需要跟踪生成式人工智能的立法动态,以做到符合国家最新法律法规要求;关注生成式人工智能的司法实践,包括司法解释发布情况和案例审判情况;做好生成式人工智能的管理工作,包括身份认证和访问控制,跟踪AIGC的纵向更新换代和不同产品的横向比较,做好相关管理制度工作,做好馆员培训和读者培训,履行及时告知义务等。From the perspective of legislative, judicial and academic circles, there is a problem that the copyrightability of generated content is not clear when university libraries apply AIGC to provide services. University libraries need to track the legislative dynamics of AIGC in order to comply with the latest national laws and regulations;pay attention to the judicial practice of AIGC, including judicial interpretations and trial cases;do a good job in the management of AIGC, including the adoption of secure identity authentication and access control mechanisms, tracking the vertical replacement of AIGC and the horizontal comparison of different products, formulating relevant management systems for AIGC, training librarians and readers, and fulfilling notification obligations.
