目的:了解护理硕士专业学位(Master of Nursing Specialist, MNS)研究生医学叙事能力、人文关怀及共情能力现状,为MNS研究生能力的培养提供参考和借鉴。方法:于2024年12月,采用便利抽样法,使用医学叙事能力量表、人文关怀量表、杰弗逊共情量表(护生版)对新疆某医学高校2024级护生(护理硕士专业学位研究生)开展网络调查。结果:MNS研究生医学叙事能力总分为(152.27 ± 29.72)分,共情能力得分为(105.68 ± 21.66)分;Pearson相关性分析结果显示,MNS研究生医学叙事能力与共情能力呈正相关(P Objective: To understand the current status of medical narrative competence, humanistic care and empathy among graduate students of Master of Nursing Specialist (MNS), and to provide references and lessons for the cultivation of graduate students’ competence in MNS. Methods: From September 2024, a web-based survey was conducted on nursing students (Master of Nursing Specialist graduate students) of the class of 2024 at a university in Xinjiang using the Medical Narrative Competency Scale, Humanistic Caring Scale, and Jefferson Empathy Scale (Nursing Student Version) by using the convenience sampling method. Results: The total score of MNS graduate students’ medical narrative competence was (152.27 ± 29.72), and the score of empathy competence was (105.68 ± 21.66);the results of Pearson correlation analysis showed that MNS graduate students’ medical narrative competence was positively correlated with their empathy competence (P < 0.05). Conclusion: MNS graduate students’ medical narrative competence was at an intermediate level and positively correlated with empathy. Nursing educators should popularize the concept of narrative nursing so that nursing students can improve their knowledge of narrative nursing and thus promote the development of narrative nursing in China.
