本研究旨在调查民办高校教师心理健康现状及影响因素,为提高民办高校教师心理健康水平提供思路。本研究采用问卷调查方法对245名广西民办高校教师进行问卷调查,调查结果显示广西民办高校教师心理健康水平偏低,教师工作压力显著负向预测心理健康水平,工作自我效能感与学校归属感显著正向预测心理健康水平。广西民办高校教师心理健康状况需得到重视,减轻民办高校教师工作压力,提升民办高校教师工作自我效能感与学校归属感,可促进民办高校教师心理健康水平提升。The purpose of this study is to investigate the mental health status and influencing factors of teachers in Private University, and provide ideas for improving the mental health level of Private University. This study uses the questionnaire survey method to carry out a questionnaire survey of 245 teachers in Guangxi Private University. The survey results show that the mental health level of teachers in Guangxi Private University is low, the work pressure of teachers is significantly negative to predict the mental health level, and the work self-efficacy and school belonging sense are significantly positive to predict the mental health level. The mental health status of teachers in Guangxi Private University needs to be paid attention to. Reducing the work pressure of teachers in Private University, improving the work self-efficacy and school belonging of teachers in Private University can promote the mental health level of teachers in Private University.
本研究通过调查民办高校教师职业压力现状,提出相关对策,为提高民办高校教师心理健康水平提供思路。本研究采用问卷调查方法对245名广西民办高校教师进行问卷调查,调查结果显示广西民办高校教师职业压力偏高,各维度的压力强度从高到低依次是工作保障、组织管理、职业发展、绩效考核与角色职责。相关部门需要关注民办高校教师的职业压力,促进民办高校教师身心健康发展。研究者从强化工作保障、优化组织管理、助力职业发展、完善绩效考核、明确角色职责等方面提出相关对策,旨在促进民办高校教师与民办高校高质量发展的双赢。This study investigates the current situation of occupational stress among teachers in private universities in Guangxi and proposes relevant countermeasures to provide ideas for improving the mental health of teachers in private colleges and universities. A questionnaire survey was conducted among 245 teachers in private universities in Guangxi. The results show that the occupational stress of teachers in private universities in Guangxi is relatively high, and the intensity of stress in each dimension, from high to low, is job security, organizational management, career development, performance evaluation, and role responsibilities. Relevant departments need to pay attention to the occupational stress of teachers in private universities and promote their physical and mental health development. The researchers propose countermeasures from strengthening job security, optimizing organizational management, facilitating career development, improving performance evaluation, and clarifying role responsibilities, aiming to achieve a win-win situation for teachers in private universities and the high-quality development of private universities.
