随着社会进入现代化转型的过程,社会结构各方面也相应转变,城市社区治理也适应时代要求探索出了一条智慧治理之路。本研究以浙江省温州市A社区为研究对象,按一定标准编码来整理所收集的资料,并用案例分析法这一研究方法,提出城市社区智慧治理是以科技为支撑、以人治为媒介,以智治为目标且三者之间平衡统一的一种治理方式。并认为城市社区智慧治理能在精细和模糊治理之间寻找到平衡,促使治理模式迭代升级。As society enters the process of modernization and transformation, all aspects of the social structure are transformed accordingly, and urban community governance also adapts to the requirements of the times to explore a path of intelligent governance. This study takes Community A in Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province as the research object, organizes the collected data according to certain standard codes, and uses the case study method as the research method to propose that the smart governance of urban community is a kind of governance supported by science and technology, mediated by human governance, and aimed at the balanced and unified governance among the three. It is also argued that urban community smart governance can find a balance between fine and fuzzy governance, and promote the iterative upgrading of the governance model.
