The self-governed directors system is an important system to govern company. Through the analysis of the situation of the self-governed directors system of the joint-stock company carried out in our country ,this paper puts forward that such measures as the cultivation of self-governed directors markets, improvement of assessment mechanism, establishment of sound encouragement and constraint mechanisms should be taken to better the self-governed directors system of joint-stock company.
