The phenomenon of job burnout has gradually emerged, exerting a significant impact on teachers’ physical and mental health, work efficiency, and teaching quality. Based on the background of the digital era, this paper analyzes the manifestations and causes of job burnout among university teachers and proposes a series of improvement measures to effectively alleviate teachers’ stress, enhance their satisfaction and happiness, and further improve teaching quality and innovation capability.
