肝脏疾病是一种常见的发病率和死亡率较高的一类疾病。目前,针对肝脏疾病的治疗方法包括手术切除、放疗和化疗等,然而这些治疗方法存在一定的副作用和限制。近年来,干细胞移植作为一种新兴的治疗策略,为终末期肝病患者带来了新的希望。本文将综述肝源性干细胞在肝脏疾病中的治疗应用,讨论其疗效、作用机制及存在的问题,并展望其在临床上的应用前景。Liver disease is a common disease with high incidence and mortality. Currently, the treatment methods for liver diseases include surgical resection, radiotherapy and chemotherapy, but these treatment methods have certain side effects and limitations. In recent years, stem cell transplantation has brought new hope to patients with end-stage liver disease as an emerging treatment strategy. This article reviews the therapeutic applications of liver-derived stem cells in liver diseases, discusses their therapeutic effects, mechanisms of action and existing problems, and looks forward to their clinical application prospects.
