Nowadays land ownership disputes in China are becoming more and more various and complex, but China＇s existing laws and regulations have only stipulated the methods to the solution of land ownership disputes in principle and generality and have not stipulated the scopes and conditions of the application of all kinds of methods to land ownership disputes clearly. That does great harm to resolving land ownership disputes legally and effectively. It studies on how to stipulate clearly legitimate and effective methods to the solution of land ownership disputes and the application of these methods by legislation based on the analysis of the status of land ownership disputes in China and the legal provisions on the methods to the solution of land ownership disputes in China＇s existing laws and regulations.
