为了加快建筑行业信息化发展,提高生产智能化水平,政府制定了一系列政策鼓励建筑企业开发、消费者购买装配式建筑。装配式建筑装配率低、生产成本高是制约产业发展的主要问题。通过构建包括政府、企业和两类消费者的博弈模型,比较分析了仅补贴企业、仅补贴消费者以及没有政府补贴三种补贴政策的激励效应。研究表明政府补贴可以增加市场对装 配式建筑的需求,提高建筑企业的利润,从而推动装配式建筑行业的发展。当补贴力度保持稳定时,补贴对象的差异不会影响企业的利润。To speed up the development of informatization in the construction industry and improve the level of intelligent production, the government has formulated a series of policies to encourage construction enterprises to develop and consumers to buy prefabricated buildings. The low assembly rate and high production cost of prefabricated buildings are the main problems restricting the development of industry. By constructing a game model including the government, enterprises and two types of consumers, this paper compares and analyzes the incentive effects of three kinds of subsidy policies: only subsidizing enterprises, only subsidizing consumers and no government subsidies. Research shows that government subsidies can increase the market demand for prefabricated buildings, improve the profits of construction enterprises, and thus promote the development of prefabricated construction industry. When the intensity of subsidies remains stable, the differences in the object of subsidies will not affect the profits of enterprises.
