Objective:to explore the cause of the dialyzer clotting,take effective nursing countermeasures to prevent and reduce blood clotting.Method:according to clinical dialysis nursing record data,this study collected in January 2016 - December 2016 6710 cases of regular hemodialysis in 44 cases(36)dialyser clotting,were retrospectively analyzed the reason and discuss corresponding nursing countermeasures.Results:the number of heparin was less than 16 cases,accounting for 36.4%.The blood flow was less than 11 cases,accounting for 25%;The preflush is not standardized in 9 cases,accounting for 20.5%.Blood pigment was 5 cases high,accounting for 11.4%.The other three cases account for 6.8%.Conclusion:the coagulation of the dialyzer is closely related to the use of anticoagulant and the vascular pathway.There is also a correlation between the preflush of the dialyzer and the patient's hemoglobin.
