随着乡村振兴战略的推进,地方特色文化融入中小学思政课已然成为一个重要的教育创新方向。然而,现阶段在这一领域仍存在诸多不足,例如:地方特色文化认知不足、教学方法不够灵活、资源配置短缺等问题。本研究基于EWM-TOPSIS法分析湘西特色文化融入中小学思政课的现状及影响因素,结果表明湘西特色文化在课程设置、教学资源和师资力量等方面的融合度较低。此外,家长的参与和重视、教师的专业能力以及学校管理对学生的学习成效具有重要作用。最后,针对研究结果提出了相应的对策建议,旨在提升湘西特色文化在中小学思政课中的融入效果,增强学生的文化认同感,提高思想政治教育的实效性。With the promotion of the rural revitalization strategy, the integration of local characteristic culture into ideological and political courses in primary and secondary schools has become an important direction for educational innovation. However, there are still many shortcomings in this field at present, such as insufficient understanding of local cultural characteristics, inflexible teaching methods, and shortage of resource allocation. This study is based on the EWM-TOPSIS method to analyze the current situation and influencing factors of the integration of Xiangxi characteristic culture into ideological and political courses in primary and secondary schools. The results show that the integration degree of Xiangxi characteristic culture in curriculum design, teaching resources, and faculty strength is relatively low. In addition, parental participation and attention, teachers’ professional abilities, and school management play an important role in students’ learning outcomes. 随着素质教育的推进,创新思政课的教学策略有助于培养学生的思想品德素养。将地方特色文化融入中小学思政课,不仅可以丰富思政课的教学内容,激发学生的学习需求,还能够促使中小学生认识到我国的民族多样性和传统文化的多样性,为民族团结、文化交流和身份认同奠定基础。湘西地区文化资源丰富多彩,具有鲜明的地方特色,蕴含着丰富的历史。本研究首先对湘西地区的文化类型进行了总结,并通过问卷调查和教师访谈分析湘西特色文化融入中小学思政课的现状,结果表明在融入过程中存在的主要问题有:学生的学习兴趣不高、教师缺乏利用课外资源的意识、学校的重视和支持力度不够。最后,本文根据现状调查结果提出了探索地方特色文化资源融入思政课堂的新路径,旨在推进湘西中小学思政教育的发展,促进地方文化的传承与创新,提高中小学生对地方文化的认同感。With the advancement of quality education, innovative teaching strategies for ideological and political courses can help cultivate students’ ideological and moral qualities.
