The techniques of production rutin were studied.The wet raw dust mixed with 0.4% borax solution after being put for 24h were extracted under reflux 2 time (20min each time) using methanol adjusted pH=8~9 by lime milk as extracting agent.The raffinate was concentrated under vacuum into extract,which was then dissolved in boiling water.The solution was adjusted pH=3 and was crystallized.The refined rutin was obtained after the crystal was dissolved in boiling water and was decolored by acticarbon.It was found that the extraction efficiency was increased and the weakness of hard filter in aqueous extraction was overcome in this technology.
The process of preparing (CH3SO3)2Cu·5H2O with red copper and the aqueous solution of CH3SO3H,that is air oxidation method,was developed.If the reaction rate equation is r=kαSCuβγ,the α≈2,β≈05,γ≈-05,k(333K)≈119×105g·L15·mol-15·m-1·min-1,k(353K)≈1213×105g·L15·mol-15·m-1·min-1 and Ea=4976kJ·mol-1 are obtained by experimental method.On the basis of above-experimented results the optimum reaction conditions are:reaction temperature is 353K,P(O2)≥128kPa,≤05mol·L-1 and dCu≤246μm.The high purity (CH3SO3)2Cu·5H2O,which can be used in the electroplating,is got.
