本论文聚焦网商银行在金融科技领域助力乡村振兴的实践,重点梳理了网商银行通过“大山雀”“大雁”“百灵”三只科技鸟共同构成的AI智能服务器进行金融科技创新的举措,介绍了网商银行与传统金融机构金融服务的异同,并提出网商银行在数据共享方面存在的问题,进而提出相关建议,试图为其他互联网银行参与乡村振兴提供参考范例,也为相关研究与政策制定提供依据。This paper focuses on the practice of MYbank in promoting rural revitalization through financial technology. It mainly sorts out the measures of MYbank’s financial technology innovation through the AI intelligent server composed of three technological “birds”, “Dashanque”, “Dayan” and “Bailing”, and introduces the similarities and differences between MYbank’s financial services and those of traditional financial institutions. Then, it points out the problems in MYbank’s data sharing. Finally, it provides a reference example for other Internet banks to participate in rural revitalization and a basis for related research and policy-making.
乡村振兴战略首次将“三农”问题提升到国家现代化建设的核心地位,为“三农”协同发展提供了契机,必然需要金融服务的大力支持,同时也为金融机构特别是农村金融服务的供给和创新提供了广阔的机遇与空间。本文以河南商水农商银行为研究对象,结合实地调研与访谈及案例分析等方法具体探讨了其在布局金融科技助力乡村振兴方面的创新实践、取得的成效及存在的问题,并提出相应的对策,为其他金融机构践行科技创新、推进乡村振兴提供了一定的参考。The Rural Revitalization Strategy has elevated the “Three Rural Issues” (agriculture, rural areas, and farmers) to a core position in China’s modernization efforts, creating opportunities for coordinated development in these sectors. This necessitates strong financial support while offering vast opportunities for financial institutions, particularly in innovating rural financial services. Taking Henan Shangshui Rural Commercial Bank as a case study, this paper explores its innovative practices, achievements, and challenges in leveraging financial technology (FinTech) to advance rural revitalization through methods such as field research, interviews, and case analysis. Corresponding countermeasures are proposed, providing references for other financial institutions to implement technological innovation and promote rural revitalization.
